Adikus SAS ("Developer", "we", "us", "our") provides this Privacy Policy to explain how we collect, use, store, and share information in connection with the Mobile application and related services (collectively, "Services").

By using our Services, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy. Our Services are intended for users aged 18 and older.

When you make an in-app purchase (ad removal), we log the transaction ID along with your device and server identifiers for purchase verification and support purposes. Payment processing is handled entirely by Apple through the App Store; we do not collect or store payment card details.

3. Advertising

Our free version displays advertisements provided by third-party ad networks. You can remove all advertisements by purchasing the ad-free upgrade within the app.

3.2 Rewarded Video Ads

After completing an online game, you may choose to watch a rewarded video advertisement to double the points you earned. This is entirely optional and no personal data beyond standard ad-serving identifiers is shared when you watch a rewarded video.

3.3 App Tracking Transparency

On iOS 14.5 and later, we request your permission via Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework before accessing the advertising identifier (IDFA). You may deny this request or change your choice at any time in your device Settings. If you deny tracking, you will still see ads, but they may be less relevant to you.

3.4 Ad Consent (GDPR)

For users in the European Economic Area and other applicable regions, we use Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) to present a consent dialog for personalized advertising. You can review or change your consent choices at any time through the "Consent form" option in the app's Settings.

3.5 SKAdNetwork

We participate in Apple's SKAdNetwork for privacy-preserving ad attribution. This does not involve sharing personal data.

5. Data Storage and Servers

Game data (account, statistics, match results) is transmitted to and stored on servers operated by Adikus SAS. Online multiplayer game sessions are hosted on game servers also operated by Adikus SAS. Communication with our servers uses HTTPS encryption.

Certain data is also stored locally on your device using iOS Keychain or UserDefaults.

6. Data Retention

We retain your game data (server user ID, statistics, match history) for as long as your account remains active on our servers. Accounts that have been inactive for more than 2 years are automatically deleted from our servers, including all associated game data.

Crash reports are retained by Firebase Crashlytics according to Google's data retention policies (typically 90 days).

8.1 Ad Tracking

You can opt out of personalized advertising by declining the App Tracking Transparency prompt, or by changing your preference in iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.

8.2 Ad Consent

In applicable regions, you can modify your advertising consent at any time via the "Consent form" button in the app's Settings screen.

8.3 Ad Removal

You can permanently remove all advertisements by purchasing the ad-free upgrade within the app.

To request deletion of your data from our servers, contact us at contact@adikus.com with your in-game player name or server ID (visible in the app's feedback form). We will process your request within 30 days.

9. Children's Privacy

Our Services are intended for users aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18.
